If the apprentice obtains the diploma or qualification being prepared for, the apprenticeship contract may be terminated, at the apprentice’s initiative, before the term initially set, provided the employer has been informed.
Termination during the period provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 6222-18 may not give rise to compensation unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
A decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the implementing measures for this sub-section.
