Article R3252-28 of the French Labour Code

If the employer fails to make payments in execution of a seizure, the judge shall issue an order declaring him personally indebted in accordance with article L. 3252-10. The employer is notified of the order. The court clerk informs the creditor and the debtor. If no objection is lodged within fifteen days of notification, the order becomes enforceable.
