CHAPTER II : The Assembly of Martinique

At his request, the president of the assembly of Martinique shall receive from the representative of the State in the territorial collectivity the information necessary for the exercise of his attributions. Each year, the State representative in the territorial collectivity informs the Assembly of Martinique, through a special report, of the activity of the State services in the collectivity. This special report may give rise to a debate in the presence of the State representative and the President of the Executive Council. .
