For the application of article L. 2141-12 in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, the last paragraph of I is deleted.

For the application of article L. 2141-12 in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, the last paragraph of I is deleted.
In New Caledonia and French Polynesia, in order to be authorised, clinical or biological activities involving medically assisted procreation must be carried out in accordance with the principles set out in this chapter.
The procedures for applying this chapter shall be determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
Title V of Book I of this Part, as amended by Act no. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021, is applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia.
Articles L. 2123-1 and L. 2123-2 are applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia.
Subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter, the following provisions of Title I of Book II of this Part shall apply in New Caledonia and French Polynesia: 1° Chapter I ; 2° The first paragraph of articles L. 2212-2 and L. 2212-3, articles L. 2212-6 and L. 2212-7 and the first three paragraphs of article L. 2212-8, in the version resulting from law no. 2016-41 of 26 January…
For the application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia of article L. 2212-4, the words: “or any other person qualified in a family information, consultation or counselling establishment, a family planning or education centre, a social service or another approved body” are replaced by the words: “or any other person qualified in a locally competent establishment or service”.
For their application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia: 1° At the end of the first sentence of the first paragraph of article L. 2212-6, the words: “under the conditions laid down in the second paragraph of article L. 2212-2” are deleted; 2° At the end of the first paragraph of article L. 2212-8, the words: “under the conditions laid down in article L. 2212-2” are deleted.
For its application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia , article L. 2213-1 is amended as follows: 1° The second paragraph of I is worded as follows: “When termination of pregnancy is envisaged on the grounds that continuing the pregnancy would seriously endanger the woman’s health, the multidisciplinary team responsible for examining the woman’s request shall comprise at least four people, who shall be a doctor or midwife qualified in…
The provisions of Title VI of Book I of this part of the Public Health Code are applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia as amended by Law no. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021.
