Chapter I: Register of security interests and other related transactions

For the consultation, the applicant shall indicate the following: 1° Concerning the owner of the property referred to in 5° of article R. 521-6 or, in the absence of property, the debtor: a) If it concerns a natural person who is a trader: his surname, first name and unique identification number supplemented by the words RCS followed by the name of the town where the registry where he is registered…

Each consultation shows the absence of registration or, if registration is present, the information recorded in the registers of personal property security held by each registrar as well as the identification of the registrars who hold these registers. Cancelled or expired registrations no longer appear in the results of requests to consult the portal.

Also included in the consultation, among the registrations of maritime mortgages and seizures of ships, are those relating to ships registered in the register referred to in Article L. 5611-1 of the Transport Code. In this case, it is only indicated whether the vessel is subject to a mortgage or seizure entered in this register.
