At Article R. 195, the words: “an allowance of 4.57 euros” are deleted, and after the words: “duly established”, the words: “an allowance equal to that allocated to civil servants of the State” are inserted. .

In the second paragraph of article R. 199, after the words: “tariffs in civil matters”, the words: “locally applicable” are added.

A article R. 212, the words: “Minister of Justice” are replaced by the words: “Representative of the State in the community”.
