When the administrative authority responsible for competition and consumer affairs asks the civil court to order one of the measures mentioned in this chapter, it may also ask the court seised to order a civil fine when this is provided for by the provisions mentioned in Articles L. 511-5 à L. 511-7 or in Book IV.
A Conseil d’Etat decree sets out the terms and conditions for applying articles L. 524-1 to L. 524-4.
Before the criminal courts, the administrative authority responsible for competition and consumer affairs may, at the request of the court, present its observations at the hearing.
