The training agreement, any amendments thereto and proof of approval by the Prefect shall be presented at the request of any of the control officers mentioned in Article L. 8271-1-2 of the Labour Code or as part of an inspection concerning the administrative or health organisation of a public or private not-for-profit health establishment.
