(*) All these certificates must prove that their holders have demonstrated a technical level at least equivalent to that of the certificates of the same level of the delegating Federation, the FFESSM, and that they have been issued under similar conditions. For diving with mixes, the dive director must also prove the PN-C or PTH-120 skills corresponding to the mixes used in accordance with appendices III-17 a and III-18 a.

(*) Tous ces brevets doivent justifier que leurs titulaires ont démontré un niveau technique au moins équivalent à celui des brevets de même niveau de la Fédération délégataire, la FFESSM, et qu’ils ont été délivrés dans des conditions similaires. Pour la plongée aux mélanges, le directeur de plongée doit également justifier des aptitudes PN-C ou PTH-120 correspondant aux mélanges utilisés conformément aux annexes III-17 a et III-18 a.
