Bulletin no. 3 of the criminal record is issued free of charge.

The automated national criminal records department is notified, by the public prosecutor or the public prosecutor, of arrest warrants and judgments or rulings handing down custodial sentences, whether in adversarial proceedings or in absentia, which have not been enforced. Criminal record cards, copies of these cards intended for international exchange or army recruitment as well as bulletins No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 shall be drawn up in accordance with models set by the Minister of Justice. Copies of cards intended for verification of electoral capacity shall be drawn up in accordance with a model set by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies.
