The Board of Directors may delegate some of its powers to its Chairman or to the Chief Executive Officer, with the exception of the matters referred to in 1°, 2°, 3°, 5°, 7°, 8°, 15°, 16°, 17°, 18°, 19° and 20° of article R. 1413-12, within the limits that it shall determine and in accordance with procedures that allow it to be held accountable.

The decisions referred to in 5° of Article R. 1413-12 are enforceable under the conditions laid down in Title III of Decree No. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 on public budgetary and accounting management.
