The maximum amount of aid is €9,378.
When the aid is intended for business start-ups, a maximum of 15% of the amount is devoted to business management advice or training.
The Prefect has one month in which to rule on the application for mobility training aid provided for in 2° of article L. 5522-23. If the request remains unanswered for more than one month, the decision is deemed to have been rejected.
Mobility training assistance comprises: 1° A monthly allowance, for a maximum of two years and up to a maximum amount set by decree, which varies according to the location of the training course in relation to the beneficiary’s centre of interests; 2° Payment of training-related expenses, in particular installation costs, up to a maximum amount set by the same decree.
The maximum monthly allowance is 305 euros. If the mobility takes place within the Guadeloupe archipelago, the maximum monthly allowance is 152.50 euros.Training-related expenses may be covered by a lump sum payment of up to 762 euros.
The monthly allowance is paid in a maximum of twenty-four monthly instalments from the first day of the month in which the training begins, until the first day of the calendar month following the month in which the training ended, or where applicable, on proof of registration on the jobseekers’ list, until the end of a period of two months at the end of the training if there is proof…
When the mobility training takes place abroad, the management of credits and the payment of grants may be entrusted to an organisation, which enters into an agreement for this purpose, under the conditions set out in article R. 5522-77.
The National Agency for the Integration and Promotion of Overseas Workers or a body approved under the terms of Articles R. 5522-80 to R. 5522-82 is responsible for administering the aid for training-related costs.
The terms and conditions of management by the managing bodies mentioned in articles R. 5522-75 and R. 5522-76 are specified in an agreement that they conclude with the Minister for Overseas France.
