Failure by third-country national family members mentioned in article L. 233-2 to apply for the residence permit mentioned in article R. 233-15 within the time limits stipulated in the same article is punishable by the fine stipulated for fifth-class offences.
Failure by third-country national family members mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 234-1 to apply for the residence permit mentioned in article R. 234-2 within the time limits stipulated in the same article is punishable by the fine stipulated for fifth-class offences.
In addition to the provisions of this title, the provisions of articles R. 811-1 to R. 811-5, R. 812-1, R. 814-1 to R. 814-4 and R. 822-2 to R. 822-5 shall also apply to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by this book.
The provisions of this book shall apply ipso jure in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter.
For the application of the provisions of this book in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:1° References to the Prefect are replaced by references to the State representative in the local authority;2° In article R. 237-1, the reference to Article R. 431-22 is deleted;3° In Article R. 270-4, the reference to Article R. 812-1 is deleted.
