Article L3425-2 of the French Public Health Code

Failure to comply with the decision ordering a therapeutic injunction is punishable by the penalties provided for in articles L. 3421-1 and L. 3425-1. However, these penalties are not applicable when the therapeutic injunction constitutes a specific obligation imposed on a person who has been sentenced to a term of imprisonment suspended on probation or suspended with an obligation to perform community service.
