The provisions of articles R. 1233-8 and R. 1233-9 are applicable to the term of office of staff representatives on the committee responsible for health, safety and working conditions.

The employee rights commission mentioned in F of II of article L. 1233-5 is made up of the Director General of the Agence nationale de la cohésion des territoires or his representative, who chairs it, and permanent and alternate staff representatives elected by the college provided for in 2° of B of II of the same article. Only staff representatives are entitled to take part in votes. .

The provisions of articles R. 1233-8 and R. 1233-9 are applicable to the term of office of staff representatives on the employees’ rights commission.
