When the waiting period provided for by the social security scheme to which the councillor to the Assembly of French Guyana is subject for the payment of daily allowances is longer than the fifteen-day period set out in Article D. 7125-33, the official allowances shall be paid to him in full during the period not giving rise to the payment of any daily allowance.
The ceiling on contribution rates provided for in article L. 7125-29 is set as follows: – local authority contribution rate: 8%; – elected member contribution rate: 8%.

The committee meets at least twice a year, convened by its chairman, who sets the agenda. The committee’s secretariat is provided by the services of the State representative in French Guyana.
The list of operations financed by the regional cooperation fund and the rate of subsidy applicable to each shall be determined after consultation with the heads of diplomatic posts in the States concerned.
