The results of the ballot are recorded in two minutes drawn up on forms provided by the local authority. They are signed by the members of the bureau. The result shall be publicly announced by the president of the first polling station and immediately posted by the president of the territorial council.A copy of the minutes, to which the minutes of the voting operations in the polling stations are attached with their annexes, shall be sent to the representative of the State in the collectivity.
