The aptitude test is organised at national level under the responsibility of the Ecole nationale des sports de montagne, site of the Ecole nationale de ski et d’alpinisme, in conjunction with the Minister responsible for sports, at the locations and dates set annually by the permanent alpine skiing section of the training and employment commission of the Conseil supérieur des sports de montagne.

The jury for the technical test is the jury provided for inarticle 16 of the modifiedorder of 11 April 2012 relating to the specific training for the national ski instructor diploma in alpine skiing.
