The First President of the Court of Appeal or his delegate shall set the time limits within which the parties to the proceedings must communicate their written observations to each other and file a copy thereof with the court registry. Notifications between parties shall be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by direct notification between the parties’ lawyers. Procedural documents must be filed with the court registry in triplicate.

Before the Court of Appeal or its First President, the parties are represented and assisted in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 931 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The decisions of the Paris Court of Appeal or its first president are notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt by the court registry to the parties to the proceedings.
