Shareholders exercise the rights recognised by articles R. 225-89 and R. 225-90 either themselves or through the proxy they have appointed to represent them at the meeting.

In application of the provisions of Article L. 225-117, the shareholder has the right to inspect, either in person or by proxy, at the registered office or place of administrative management, the documents referred to in this article. The right to inspect includes the right to take copies.
