Chapter II: Tobacco products

I.-Units of packaging and outer packaging for cigarettes and roll-your-own tobacco are of a single shade of colour and may include a bar code. They may show a “calibration mark” resulting solely from the manufacturing process. I.-All processes intended to undermine the neutrality and uniformity of packaging units, outer packaging or overwrapping, in particular those intended to give them specific auditory, olfactory or visual characteristics, are prohibited. A decree by the Minister for Health establishes a list of the main prohibited processes.
