The same person may not simultaneously apply for or receive more than three Diversity Images grants. Companies constituting a community of economic interests are considered to be the same person.
Images of Diversity grants are awarded to works on the basis of their artistic quality.

The decision to award a grant is taken on the advice of the Images de la diversité grants committee, after consultation with reading committees in accordance with the procedures set out in 1° of Article 122-5.
The aid is awarded in the form of a grant.The aid is the subject of an agreement with the beneficiary.The aid is paid in two instalments. The first instalment, which may not exceed 75% of the grant, is paid when the grant is awarded. The balance is paid after submission of the supporting documents specified in the agreement.
Selective financial aid is awarded to authors for writing an elaborate version of projects for works that contribute to the objectives mentioned in article 422-2.
To be eligible for writing grants, authors must be French nationals or equivalent.
