TITLE IV A: Certain regulated tariffs

Installation and maintenance grants are awarded up to: 1° A ceiling per service defined, for each profession concerned, by the order provided for in 2° of Article R. 444-27, and which does not exceed €100; 2° An overall ceiling per professional of €50,000 per calendar year.

Installation aid and maintenance aid cannot be combined for the same service.

For the same category of benefits, the amount of subsidy paid per benefit for the same type of assistance, whether for setting up or maintaining, is identical for all beneficiaries.

The amount of subsidy paid per benefit may vary depending on the type of assistance, whether it is for setting up or maintaining a business.

Aid for services provided during a calendar year is paid in a single instalment during the following calendar year, on a date set by the minister responsible for the budget.

If the sum of the amount of aid planned and the total amount mentioned in 2° of Article R. 444-33 exceeds €500,000, the aid shall not be granted.

Any installation or maintenance aid paid without the conditions set out in this chapter being met shall give rise to reimbursement to the interprofessional fund for access to law and justice.
