The Board of Directors, after consultation with the directors concerned, shall determine the training organisation(s) or centre(s) responsible for providing the training. At the end of the training course, the training organisation or centre shall issue a certificate of attendance, which the person concerned shall give to his employer.

The cost of the training, including travel expenses in connection therewith, shall be borne by the company and shall not be taken into account in calculating the sums devoted to continuing training provided for in Book III of Part Six of the Labour Code.
