The statement of fees to be collected under the provisions of articles R. 3333-4 to R. 3333-7 will be drawn up on 31 December of the year preceding the opening of each annual collection period. The amount of the fees provided for in article R. 3333-4-1 may be adjusted during the collection period to take account of the commissioning actually carried out.
