Any centre created since 1 March 2016 must include housing concessions determined in accordance with the provisions of this section.
Each centre shall have an administrative social committee and, where applicable, a specialised health, safety and working conditions committee, reporting to its Director, under the conditions laid down by Decree no. 2020-1427 of 20 November 2020 relating to administrative social committees in State administrations and public establishments, subject to the provisions of this sub-section.
