Article D4221-14-1 of the French Public Health Code

Pharmacists holding evidence of formal qualifications obtained in the province of Quebec must send an application for authorisation to practise in application of article L. 4221-7 by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens. The application form and the list of documents to be provided in support of their application are set by order of the Minister for Health.
