Data transmitted in application of articles D. 4221-23 and D. 4221-24 are deemed to have been validated by the body or authority that transmitted them.

For the application of article L. 4221-16, the list of pharmacists is drawn up on the basis of the information contained in the register referred to in article D. 4113-118. Professionals who have obtained authorisation to practise part of the profession concerned appear on a separate list containing the professional title under which they are authorised to practise and the corresponding field of activity.

The National Council of the Order of Pharmacists or any body of this Order authorised for this purpose by the National Council will register persons who have obtained, within the last three years, evidence of formal qualifications or an authorisation required to practise the profession of pharmacist but who are not practising. The persons referred to in article D. 4221-27 must inform the national council of the order of the profession or any other body authorised for this purpose, within one month, of any change in their marital status, professional situation or residence, in particular any change in their correspondence details.

The Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens sends the body responsible for managing the register referred to in article D. 4113-118 a monthly update of the data resulting from the operations provided for in articles D. 4221-27 and D. 4221-28. The data thus transmitted is deemed to have been validated by the National Council.

The regional health agencies shall send the body managing the register referred to in Article D. 4113-118 a six-monthly update of the data relating to the places where pharmacy interns are assigned.
