Title I: Provisions applicable in French Polynesia, the Wallis and Futuna Islands and New Caledonia

The time limit provided for in the first paragraph of Article 627-6 is increased to fifteen days when the transfer is made from New Caledonia, French Polynesia or the Wallis and Futuna Islands.

The order referred to in Article 628 and the sentence extract referred to in Article 634 are inserted in one of the newspapers in the territory, posted at the door of the residence of the person concerned and, where there is no town hall, posted at the request of the head of the administrative district.

The period provided for in the third paragraph of Article 662 is two months. .
