The request for recognition is sent to the national management centre by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, accompanied by a file, the composition of which is set by an order of the minister responsible for health. The national management centre will acknowledge receipt of the application within one month of its receipt.
The application for recognition is submitted to the committee referred to in article R. 6213-15.
If the Minister for Health fails to respond within four months of receiving the complete application, the application for recognition will be rejected.
