I. – Establishments, services, organisations or practitioners designated to carry out antiamaril vaccination shall submit an annual activity report to the Regional Health Agency, based on a standard report laid down by order of the Minister for Health. II. – Failure to submit this report may result in the withdrawal of their designation by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.
Establishments, services, organisations or practitioners designated to carry out antiamaril vaccination must inform the Director General of the regional health agency with territorial jurisdiction of any change in the technical conditions mentioned in articles R. 3115-64 or R. 3115-65 occurring after their designation.

Each year, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency sends the Minister for Health an updated list of the establishments, services, organisations or practitioners designated to carry out antiamaril vaccination.
Without prejudice to the provisions of article R. 6147-132, the armed forces vaccination centres that meet the technical conditions laid down in sub-section 2 of this section are designated by the Minister for Defence.
The certificate of medical contraindication to yellow fever vaccination may be issued by a vaccination centre designated in accordance with article R. 3115-55 or by the doctor treating the patient.
Entry to parts of French territory where vaccination against yellow fever is compulsory is subject to presentation of a vaccination certificate or a certificate of medical contraindication to this vaccination.
