For the preparations mentioned in 1°, 2° and 3° of Article L. 5121-1, only raw materials meeting the specifications of the pharmacopoeia may be used, unless no raw material meeting these specifications is available and suitable for the preparation in question.

Pour l’exécution des préparations mentionnées aux 1°, 2° et 3° de l’article L. 5121-1, seules les matières premières répondant aux spécifications de la pharmacopée peuvent être utilisées, sauf en cas d’absence de matière première répondant auxdites spécifications disponible et adaptée à la réalisation de la préparation considérée.
