I. – The medical services mentioned in the fourth paragraph of article L. 3115-8 and in the second paragraph of article L. 3115-9 contribute to the primary care services defined in article L. 1411-11. The Prefect conducts an audit of the existing technical capacity of the entry points and prepares an action programme, in consultation with the entry point manager, to achieve and maintain the required technical capacity.

The intervention plan for the point of entry into the territory and its successive updates are sent by the Prefect to the Minister for Health and to the Prefect for the Defence and Security Zone.
