In order to ensure the proper administration of justice and to enable applicants to present their explanations to the court, the president of the National Court of Asylum may provide for mobile hearings to be held at the seat of an administrative or judicial court, with the agreement of the president of the court concerned.

The detailed rules for the application of articles L. 532-12, L. 532-13 and L. 532-14 are set by decree in the Council of State.
