When an application for assisted return is submitted, the fingerprints of the ten fingers of persons aged twelve or over for whom assistance is requested are collected for comparison with the fingerprints recorded in the automated processing system referred to in article R. 142-33. .
The data recorded in the processing is as follows: 1° The digitised images of the fingerprints of the ten fingers of the beneficiary and his or her minor children aged twelve or over, or a statement that it is impossible to collect all or part of these fingerprints; 2° The personal data relating to the beneficiaries listed in the Annex 5.
Authorised access to the data mentioned in Article R. 142-35, with the exception of biometric data, is granted to agents of the French Office for Immigration and Integration responsible for implementing the assisted return scheme, individually designated and specially authorised for this purpose by the Director General of this Office.
