The quantitative and qualitative information sent to the Banking Inclusion Observatory pursuant to Article L. 312-1-1 B relates in particular to access to deposit accounts, means of payment, credit, savings and the implementation of the banking accessibility charter and the banking inclusion and overindebtedness prevention charter referred to in Articles L. 312-1 and L. 312-1-1 A respectively. The banking inclusion indicators defined by the Observatory are filled in by the credit institutions, each as far as it is concerned, as part of the information sent to the Observatory, mentioned in article R. 312-13.

Pursuant to Article L. 631-1, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall monitor compliance by credit institutions with the provisions of this sub-section.

The Chairman of the Banking Inclusion Observatory shall communicate to the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution any information that is relevant to the performance of the latter’s duties. He shall inform the members of the Observatory of such communications.
