The Executive Committee is made up of the President, the Vice-President(s), the Treasurer and members elected by the Board of Directors from among its members. The Union Nationale’s Articles of Association and internal regulations specify the tasks, organisation and deliberations of the Executive Committee.

The Chief Executive is appointed by the President, after consultation with the Board of Directors. The powers of the Chief Executive are set out in the Articles of Association and the Union’s internal rules.
