Chapter IV: Participation of users in the operation of the healthcare system

The amount of the subsidy allocated to each approved association at national level is set by the order provided for in IV of article L. 221-1-3 of the Social Security Code. The amount of the subsidy allocated to each approved association at regional level is set and paid under the conditions laid down in articles R. 1435-16 and R. 1435-17 of this code.

The training allowance may only be paid once to the same user representative required to undergo basic training, regardless of the number of mandates held by the latter.
