Any unforeseen deterioration likely to have an adverse effect on the health and safety of persons shall be immediately repaired, at least temporarily.
Roofs and terraces, walls and their renderings, partitions, ceilings, floors, windows, skylights, doors, meter locations and pipe and network ducts are regularly maintained to prevent water seepage and fumes, while respecting essential ventilation systems. Gardens and areas surrounding residential premises must be maintained in such a way as not to allow the proliferation of animals that are harmful to human health.
