The college of civil servants, public sector employees and contractual public sector employees referred to in 2° of 2 of I of article L. 1432-11 is referred to as the “first college”. The college of private-law employees mentioned in 1° of 2 of I of article L. 1432-11 is called the “second college”.

Staff representatives cease to hold office on resignation, death, loss of eligibility or when they leave the agency. For representatives of the first college, these duties also end when the representative is placed on long-term leave or serious illness or is placed on unpaid leave for family or personal reasons.
