Chapter II: The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution

When the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution requires a company to submit for approval a training programme provided for in V of Article L. 612-23-1, the company must submit it within forty-five days. The AMF shall be kept regularly informed of the implementation of the training programme it has required.

When the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution places a person subject to its supervision under special supervision, it appoints a supervisor and determines the list, model, frequency and deadlines for the transmission of documents and information that must be submitted to the supervisor.

When the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution takes the protective measure provided for in 13° of Article L. 612-33 with regard to a person mentioned in 1°, 3° and 5° of B of I of Article L. 612-2, it shall be regularly informed by the person concerned, in accordance with the procedures it has defined, of the transactions relating to the portfolio transfer.
