A partner may not practise his profession as a sole trader, except free of charge, or be a member of another professional partnership whose members practise the same profession.

Subject to the provisions of article R. 4381-73, the members devote all their professional activities to the company.

The members of a non-trading professional partnership have a common professional residence. However, the partnership may be authorised by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency to practise in one or more secondary practices if this is necessary to meet the needs of patients and provided that the location of each secondary practice in relation to the main practice and the organisation of care in this or these practice(s)…

The company, like the partners themselves, is subject to all the laws and regulations governing the profession’s relationship with the health insurance scheme.

All registers and documents are opened and drawn up in the name of the company.

It is the responsibility of the company to provide proof of the liability insurance provided for in the second paragraph of article 16 of law no. 66-879 of 29 November 1966 relating to professional non-trading companies.
