Article L. 3335-1 applies to premises selling manufactured tobacco, without prejudice to acquired rights. By way of derogation from article L. 3335-1 and without prejudice to acquired rights, a tobacconist’s shop may not be established around a public educational establishment, a private educational establishment or a youth training or leisure establishment at a distance of less than a threshold set by order of the State representative in the département.
