For the application of the provisions of this chapter, the employer shall, at the request of the Labour Inspectorate, provide proof of the date of birth of each worker under the age of eighteen whom he employs.
The Labour Inspector’s decision to expel a young worker aged fifteen or over from the establishment, in application of article L. 4153-4, is taken on the recommendation of the Labour Inspector or a doctor appointed by the Labour Inspector and, if the parents so request, after an examination of both parties.
