I.-It is forbidden to assign young people to the erection and dismantling of scaffolding. II -The prohibition referred to in I may be waived under the conditions and in the forms set out in section 3 of this chapter.
It is forbidden to assign young people to work at height on trees and other woody and semi-woody species.
I.-It is forbidden for young people to carry out work involving handling, monitoring, checking and intervention on pressure vessels subject to in-service monitoring pursuant to article L. 557-28 of the Environment Code. It is forbidden to assign young people to work that exposes them to extreme temperatures likely to damage their health.
It is forbidden to assign young people to : 1° Slaughtering, euthanising or rendering animals; 2° Work in contact with ferocious or venomous animals.
For the purposes of this section, the head of the establishment is the head of the educational establishment, the director of the apprentice training centre or vocational training body, the director of the social or medico-social establishment or service mentioned in V of article L. 312-1 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles.
The provisions of this section apply to the following young people aged between fifteen and eighteen: 1° Apprentices and holders of professionalisation contracts ; 2° Vocational training trainees; 3° Pupils and students preparing a vocational or technological diploma; 4° Young people in the following establishments : a) Educational establishments or services which provide, on a principal basis, adapted education and social or medico-social support for minors or young adults with…
