If the information mentioned in 1°, 2° or 4° of article R. 4153-41 changes, this information is updated and communicated to the labour inspection supervisor by any means giving a date certain within eight days of the changes taking place.
If the information referred to in 3° or 5° of Article R. 4153-41 changes, this information is made available to the Labour Inspection inspector.
The declaration provided for in article R. 4153-41 is renewed every three years.
The employer or the head of the establishment declaring the derogation shall make available to the Labour Inspectorate monitoring officer, from the time each young person is assigned to the work in question, information relating to: 1° The young person’s forenames, surname and date of birth ; 2° The vocational training followed, its duration and known training locations; 3° A medical opinion stating that the young person is fit to…
Young workers who hold a diploma or professional qualification corresponding to the activity in which they are engaged may be assigned to work for which a derogation may be granted in application of article L. 4153-9 if they have been found to be medically fit for such work.
Young workers certified in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 4544-9 may carry out operations on electrical installations or operations of an electrical or non-electrical nature in the vicinity of such installations, within the limits set by the certification.
Young workers may be assigned to drive self-propelled mobile work equipment and work equipment used for lifting if they have received the training provided for in Article R. 4323-55 and if they hold the driving authorisation provided for in Article R. 4323-56, in the case of equipment whose operation is subject to obtaining such an authorisation.
Young workers are authorised to be assigned to work involving manual handling within the meaning of Article R. 4541-2 exceeding 20% of their weight if they have been found medically fit for such work.
