The drawing up of a power of attorney in matters of judicial partition, forced execution, submission to forced execution in a deed, and forced administration gives rise to the collection of a fixed fee of €26.41. .

The authentication provided for in article 56 of the aforementioned decree no. 2009-1193 of 7 October 2009, as well as legalisation as part of a separate application to the land register, gives rise to the collection of a fixed fee of €18.86.
