Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 224-43 to L. 224-54 is punishable by an administrative fine, the amount of which may not exceed €75,000 for a natural person and €375,000 for a legal entity. This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Where the seller or service provider has not reimbursed the consumer under the conditions set out in Article L. 224-62, the sum due shall automatically bear interest at the legal interest rate plus half.
Any failure to comply with the provisions of articles L. 224-59 to L. 224-62 is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €3,000 for a natural person and €15,000 for a legal entity. This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Any breach of article L. 224-66 is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €3,000 for a natural person and up to €15,000 for a legal entity. This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Any breach of article L. 224-67 is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €3,000 for a natural person and up to €15,000 for a legal entity. This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Any breach of Article L. 224-68-1 is punishable by an administrative fine, the amount of which may not exceed €3,000 for a natural person and €15,000 for a legal entity. This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Failure to comply with the provisions of articles L. 224-73 to L. 224-78 and article L. 224-87 is sanctioned by the nullity of the contract.
The fact that any advertiser disseminates or causes to be disseminated advertising that does not comply with the obligations set out in the provisions of articles L. 224-71 and L. 224-72, is punishable by a fine of 150,000 euros.
The fact, for any trader, of submitting to a consumer an offer for the conclusion of any contract or group of contracts mentioned in articles L. 224-69 and L. 224-70, not in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 224-73 to L. 224-75 is punishable by a fine of 150,000 euros.
The fact that any trader requires or receives from the consumer, directly or indirectly, any payment or commitment to pay, for any reason and in any form whatsoever, before expiry of the withdrawal periods provided for in articles L. 224-79, L. 224-80 and L. 224-81 is punishable by a fine of 300,000 euros.
