On the decision of its chairman, who is responsible for its implementation, the multidisciplinary commission on security measures may carry out or have carried out throughout France any examinations, hearings, administrative enquiries, expert reports or other useful measures. In accordance with the third paragraph of Article 706-25-17, the multidisciplinary commission on security measures shall issue a reasoned opinion on the appropriateness of imposing a judicial measure to prevent terrorist recidivism and reintegration with regard to the dangerousness of the person concerned and their ability to reintegrate. This opinion will be sent without delay to the Paris Court for the Enforcement of Sentences. .

The Paris Sentence Enforcement Court will refer the matter to the penitentiary integration and probation service with territorial jurisdiction over the place of detention of the person concerned, which will forward to it any proposals for measures likely to promote the reintegration of the person concerned and the acquisition of citizenship values.

The person concerned or their lawyer may be issued with a copy of all or part of the documents in the proceedings file in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 165. The case file can also be consulted at the registry of the Paris Sentence Enforcement Court.

When the sentence enforcement court orders that the care of the person subject to a judicial measure for the prevention of terrorist recidivism and reintegration will take place within a suitable reception establishment, its decision shall designate the establishment concerned and set the duration of the care.
