Section 5: Status of hospital assistants

Hospital assistants are entitled to maternity leave, birth leave, paternity leave and childcare leave, adoption leave or leave for the arrival of a child placed with a view to adoption in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in article R. 6152-819.
